Lab Test #46

Last night's test results are out.

Ginger: Long a popular hangover cure in Asia, Ginger does indeed do the trick, very much. To soothe one's stomach, take 500 mg of ginger capsules every few hours, or make a ginger tea. Alternatively, for a fast-acting dose if one is in a hurry, suck on raw ginger root. Chewing is optional. Nb. we will be handing out free samples at tonight's show.

Elbow Tendonitis is the number one injury encountered in chin-up training. When one does experience said condition, it is advisable to rest.
Of course, if one is showing off, then continue until said pain is overcome by numbness and/or unconsciousness.
